In short: hubklar sets no cookies, uses no tracking and embeds no third-party content. Fonts, images and scripts are served by hubklar.de itself.

Hosting and server logs
hubklar.de is served via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, time, requested address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. hubklar itself stores no server logs; how long Cloudflare keeps them is set out in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
No cookies, no tracking
hubklar sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. No content is loaded from other servers, not even fonts. A cookie banner is therefore not needed.
Storage in your browser
hubklar stores two settings in your browser’s local storage (localStorage): whether you chose the light or dark design, and your answers in the fit check so you do not have to enter them again on your next visit. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted. You can delete it at any time with “Start over” in the check or through your browser settings.
Affiliate links
Purchase links on hubklar are affiliate links to Amazon or to shops connected through the Awin network. Only when you click such a link do you go to the partner’s website. Its privacy policy applies there, and the partner may set cookies to attribute a purchase to hubklar. hubklar itself sets nothing for this and receives no names or contact details of buyers from the affiliate programmes.
Contact by email
If you write to the contact address, your email is forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google. We only use your details to answer your request and delete them when they are no longer needed. Google may also process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Contact form at Online-Impressum
As a second contact option, hubklar offers a form on the Online-Impressum website. If you send a message there, Online-Impressum processes your details and forwards them to us. Online-Impressum’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An email to the contact address is enough for any request. You are not obliged to provide us with any data. Without the technically necessary connection data, however, the site cannot be delivered.
